Home Buying

Simple Prep

  1. Pre-Approval Letter
  2. Proof of Funds
  3. Contact Me to Get you In
  4. Practice Local and CDC Health Guidelines

In order to gain access for a private home viewing, Sellers will want to see a few documents from a perspective buyer.

Sellers would want to see your mortgage pre-approval letter and a proof of funds before physical entry into their homes.

Mortgage Pre-Approval Letter can be provided by a lender at the bank or by a lender at a mortgage company. You can also generate the document on-line by visiting their websites. Proof of Funds is a simple bank statement showing sufficient cash to cover for the down payment and closing costs of a home purchase.

PLEASE HAVE DOCUMENTS #1 & #2 READY TO BEGIN THE HOME VIEWING PROCESS.

I specialize in guiding first time home buyers with one of the biggest investments of their lives. By being independent, there will be no unknown conflict of interest between you and the seller. My passion is to teach buyers and to give them the knowledge needed to make educated decisions during the buying process. Ask your realtor who’s paying them to helping you out. You Will See Where the Interest Lies.

I’m based in San Diego and have been helping buyers navigate their American Dream since 2007.
